And . . .
I was on the go constantly today. Lots of work stacked up from being gone. And this evening I had an opportunity to make music with some outstanding musicians. It was wonderful, but I am just now finishing off dinner and it is already past my bedtime.
Here's one photo from our little vacation.
There were four guys, I think perhaps two dads and their sons, each running a remote control 4x4's on the hiking trail. They were respectful of us and I must admit it looked like a lot of fun.
Now to bed.
- 79F/26C and a hazy sort of overcast for the ride to work.
- 87F/30.5C and mostly cloudy with a sprinkle or two for the home ride.
Welcome back.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't have thought of remote controls out in the woods, but it is nice the family was all having fun out of doors.
There was a time in my life when I did some off-roading. I have to admit it looks like it would be a lot less work getting one of these rigs unstuck than it was my old Ramcharger.
DeleteThey did look like they were having fun.
I finally rode to work today as well, the first time in a long time, I have been using the car lately for various reasons, most of them electrical issues on the bike, all is sorted now. I certainly have missed riding to work as of late.
ReplyDeleteGlad things are sorted out. This winter I went for a rather long time not being able to ride to work. I didn't like it much. At least the weather was lousy. I imagine you've missed some good riding. I know it felt really good when I could "go" again. May your gremlins be gone for good. Ride on!
