I didn't see anyone out and about in the morning. However, by the afternoon it had warmed up to a balmy 16F/-9C. I doubt you can make it out, but the rider in the above photo is wearing camo. I will give him credit for having a yellow scooter and a yellow helmet. The other two wheel motor powered vehicle I saw was also a scooter. I couldn't get a photo. They were riding two up on what looked to be a small Vespa and they looked very cold.
It was colder in the morning. It was 4F/-15.5C as I walked across the City Hall Parking Lot.
This sparrow thought it a good idea to hang around in the steam. Even so, he was all puffed up.
The evening was capped with a nice gentle sunset.
Brrrrrr! I spent all weekend out in the sunshine, it's beautiful, but definitely still winter, the sunshine isn't enough to chase away the chill. I had to wear thermal layers under my riding gear. Not complaining though because we have had a stellar winter.
