And . . .
We had really interesting clouds.
It seems this year we either have nothing but blue sky or a sky full of high boring silver clouds.
An even more unusual sight was this guy on a gas powered push scooter. I used to see them once in a while, but haven't for some time.
He's in an alley. I don't think this type of scooter is street legal in the City, and if they are I'm positive a safety flag is required.
The ride home brought almost overcast conditions. Oh well, back to silver skies.
There is no rain in the forecast, but it certainly looked like it wanted to cook something up. Tomorrow more wonderful weather is forecast. No one is complaining, but a few are wondering how bad we'll have to pay in the future for our paradise today. Me? I'm just grateful.
- 65F/18C and interestingly cloudy for the ride to work.
- 84F/29C and boring cloudy for the home ride.
Those clouds are really amazing.ReplyDelete
Boring clouds are better those that rain down on you.
We could use some rain, but I do prefer riding on dry pavement for sure.Delete
It's the dog days of sumner. The other day I saw a guy zinging down the street on the sidewalk and he was doing a pretty goid clip, and then a motorcycle cop pulled a u-turn and that was that for pugs scooter dude on the sidewalk. It's illegal here.ReplyDelete
The little electric razor scooters are around here and most of the kids who have them seem pretty sensible. It will only take a few to spoil it for everyone. I'm glad the gas powered ones are few and far between.Delete
What a great cloud pattern on the first pic. Well spotted, Keith.ReplyDelete
It was sort like riding into a cloud tunnel. The weather here has been amazing this summer. As I said, I'm grateful.Delete
Our cloud patterns here have been spectacular too. A really beautiful summer!ReplyDelete
Makes me think of Martha-wonder how she is doing? Sure do miss hearing from her!
We haven't had many great cloud days, but this was one of them.ReplyDelete
I miss Martha's voice.
