And . . .
The moon greeted me this morning.
While the sun played on a mimosa tree.
I can go weeks without seeing a Vespa, but today I saw two.
One during my afternoon walk.
The other one on the ride home.
Once again the clouds put on a show for me.
Tonight the winds were calm and the fountain didn't seem nearly as excited as it did last evening.
- 68F with a few clouds for the ride to work.
- 81F and plenty of clouds playing with the sun for the ride home.
Yep, there isn't a much better weather day to be had.
I always love to see the moon in a blue sky.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason that lovely cloud shot gave me a sensation of winter. I'm still having flashbacks from last winter...
You did have quite the winter.
DeleteI, too, enjoy seeing the moon in a blue sky. It warms my heart for some reason.
Must have been a scooter kind of day seeing the other Vespas.
ReplyDeleteLove that cloud shot.
Glad you loved the clouds. The sky has been quite dramatic the last couple of days, but in an unusual way for summer. There have been no storms or sirens, just the clouds frolicking.
DeleteKeith, it seems that Vespas never fail to attract attention. They stand out in the bike world that way. Harleys and their look-alikes, and Beemers seem to have the same knack, as do the Honda Cub and its progeny (including your Symba).
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to ride a legend.
Gorgeous cloud shot by the way.
Right now there isn't a Vespa dealer in St.Louis. I must say there are lots more Genuine scoots on the road here than Vespas. Price I'd suspect . . . and dealer support.
DeleteYou definitely named the brands with great customer loyalty and name recognition. I'm glad my Symba brings as much joy to some of the older riders who remember learning to ride years ago on the hold Hondas.
