And . . .
Today was the second "Bad Brain Day" in a row.
It would have been best if I could have spent the day riding. Fortunately, my job allows me to work pretty much off on my own. I had very little distraction.
Still, I was very happy when the end of the day came and I could ride.
I am glad tomorrow is Saturday. I'm not sure I'll be able to ride, but I will be able to rest.
- 48F/9C and overcast for the ride to work.
- 62F/17C and a little sunshine for the ride home.
Sorry to hear about your bad days. I hope you have a good, quiet, calm weekend.ReplyDelete
There were lots of things that needed to get done over the weekend. We needed to work on Heather's grandparents house ready for market. Not fun work.Delete
I did have some time on Sunday and decided to skate rather than ride. I want to skate more this summer which will mean riding less. Sad, but I need to be active.
All this said, it was a weekend without surprises which is just what I needed.
Hope today is a better brain day for you. Sure don't want you to have three bad ones in a row.ReplyDelete
I'm trying something different this week. I'm pacing myself at work. It seems of late I've been wearing down and am developing a pattern of "bad brain" days at the end of the week. Hopefully this will help. This week having Thursday off for Truman's Birthday will definitely help!
I'm with everyone here wishing you better days ahead, and hope for a nice weekend to take some time for yourself.ReplyDelete
Thank you, Kari.Delete
