And . . .
I got sprinkled on. It was almost a complete surprise. I've lived here long enough to know when it gets muggy, a little pop-up shower can manifest. Still, it took me off guard.
If you look close you can see the telltale splatters of the sprinkle I rode to work in. I'm glad it didn't became a shower. |
I also discovered a small Beetle infestation near the Courthouse.
Funnily enough, the man checking out the convertible later walked over and got into the white one. I couldn't help but wonder if they just happened to park so close to one another. That seems nearly too much of a coincidence. Alas, I'll never know. I'm really glad there wasn't the middle generation present. As far as I'm concerned they could have skipped that one entirely.
It was a warm ride home, but thankfully the humidity had broke. It was plenty comfortable as long as I was moving.
- 76F/24C, humid with a few sprinkles for the ride to work.
- 92F/33C and partly cloudy for the ride home.
I am still surprised your lows are so warm.
ReplyDeleteDid Deputy Vulcan at least tell you what bike he is getting, or will it be a surprise?
Yeah, this area holds the heat well :^)
ReplyDeleteThere a couple of possibilities. He has an offer down on one, but if that doesn't work out he's going another way. Stay tuned.
