Another transition. Today I wore the smoked goggles with the motoX helmet instead of the clear ones. This can mean only one thing. Yes, I'm leaving the condo in the light and returning home in the light.
It is becoming downright lush around here.
Even the Flamingo has returned to Citygarden.
There was lots of activity in the Garden today.
A worker was getting the sprinklers ready. Who knows, perhaps with mild temperatures in the forecast there will be children running through the water this weekend.
For now, the kids seem plenty happy to play on the great white rabbits.
It was another sunny and unseasonably warm day here in the Heartland.
Life is good.
- 65F/18C and a very few clouds for the ride to work.
- 80F/27C and sunny with a sky full of white fluffy clouds for the ride home.
I love gardens and rabbits. Not always compatible, but then neither are humans always compatible. I know we are early spring here and remembering that makes it more painful to be here. Oh how I remember STL area springtime. Clouds are like steel traps today!

These rabbits look pretty well fed and seem behaved. One can only imagine how much havoc they could administer to a garden if they were real. Wow! But, it seems they are compatible with the garden :)
DeleteI do know Spring comes differently here. It is an explosion of color and green.

I rode to work also. It sure makes the trip home more relaxing when I get to ride. Nice park.
ReplyDeleteI find myself getting excited around 3:30 in the afternoon just thinking about the ride home. My day isn't the same if I can't ride.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by, and it is a very nice park right in the middle of Downtown.
