It Was Wonderful

Yes, I rode to work today.

And, it was wonderful.

The Hamburger Guy and his lovely assistant were back on their corner.

My Cool Vest stayed home, but these guys didn't.
  • 75F/24C and almost overcast for the ride to work.
  • 85F/29C glorious degrees with lots of clouds for the home ride.

    Houston is hot, but not like St. Louis! You all are more like Dallas, I suppose. With a high of only 85, it must have been threatening rain all day! Or maybe you got a cool front.

    My motorcycle is in the shop,for warranty work right now, but I wouldn't be doing the freeway commute right now anyway. September through May is good enough.

    Yep, a little cool front passed through. And, if we weren't so dry there probably would have been "pop up" T-storms in the afternoon.

    Today it is back into the triple digits. And, next week it is going to be hot again.

    Oh well. It's always great when a bike can be in the shop when you weren't planning on riding anyway.
